Our massage practice is founded on the concept that every body we work with is unique and embodies a unique set of needs. Our healing work together as massage therapist and client will be explorative and innovative, discovering your body's needs and the massage modality that best catalyzes your body's healing journey.
Drawing from experience in Therapeutic, Fascial Freedom style (also referred to as myofascial release), Tensional Release, Accelerated Soft Tissue Release, Deep Tissue, Positional release and Cupping modalities, we explore and discover compatible modalities for your body.
In addition to each body being different, we work with the concept that each body has a different presence every day. Our work together will be reflective of your process: based on both how your body is doing at any given moment, and how your body journeys through the healing process.
